Regulatory

Azza has prosecuted regulatory offences on behalf of the Office of Communications (Ofcom) across England. She has significant experience of both advisory work and litigation across a broad spectrum of Regulatory law, including pre-emptive correspondence with the prosecuting authority. This has been particularly useful in Health and Safety matters.

Health and Safety

Azza has experience of defending Health & Safety matters and has been instructed upon cases involving serious health and safety breaches; recently this has included asbestos in the workplace.

Trading Standards

Azza regularly defends in trading standards matters. Recent cases have concerned the used car sales industry.

Local authority/DWP

She is regularly instructed by local authorities to prosecute benefit fraud and enforce orders of all kinds, including asset forfeiture.
