R v S – 2019/20 – Junior alone instructed to defend a care worker charged with theft of monies from a vulnerable adult.

R v M – 2019/20 – Junior alone instructed to defend a case involving serious (historic) sexual offences against a family member.

R v W – 2019/20 – Junior alone instructed to defend a case where the defendant is charged with an allegation of assaulting a health care professional by way of needle stick injury.

R v S – 2019/20 – Instructed for the Respondent in an appeal to the Upper Tribunal Lands Chamber. The case involved £500,000.00 of financial penalties awarded against a company and director of the said company. The First Tier Tribunal remitted the case directly to the Upper Tribunal given that this was somewhat of a test case; it was the first case to be decided under this regime.

R v T – 2019 – Junior alone instructed to defend in a case where the Crown Court Judge sat as both a Circuit Judge and as a Judge Advocate, to deal with civilian and military offences committed within and outside the jurisdiction of the UK. This was the first time a case had been dealt with in this way. The case involved serious (historic) sexual offences against family members.

R v R – 2019 – Junior alone instructed to defend in a multi-handed case involving knife point robberies of young men.

R v M – 2019 – Junior alone instructed to defend in a case involving sexual allegations against a gamer who had a social media following of tens of thousands of people.

R v S – 2019 – Junior alone instructed to defend a care worker charged with theft of monies from a vulnerable adult.

R v P – 2019 – Junior alone instructed to defend a young defendant charged in multi handed case with conspiracy to supply Class A drugs (amongst other things)

R v W – 2019 – Junior Defence Counsel instructed to defend a former choirmaster facing a twenty count indictment, alleging historic penetrative sexual activity involving four former choirboys.

R v W – 2019 – Junior alone instructed to defend in a complex case involving seven defendants, involving high value thefts and handling of high value goods.

R v P – 2018 – Junior alone, instructed to defend a high profile case of historic sexual allegations and child abuse, involving five defendants.

R v F – 2018 – Junior alone, instructed to prosecute historic allegations of penetrative sexual activity with a child.

R v D – 2018 – Junior alone, instructed to prosecute a high value, complex multi-handed VAT fraud.

R v W – 2018 – Junior alone, instructed to defend a health care professional indicted with misconduct in public office.

R v E – 2018 – Junior alone, instructed to defend a senior non-commissioned officer of allegations relating to misconduct in public office.

R v S – 2018 – Junior alone, instructed to defend a fraud case involving a vulnerable victim.

R v P – 2018 – Junior alone, instructed to defend a prison officer charged with sexual offences against those he worked with.

R v G – 2017 – Junior alone, instructed to defend allegations of penetrative sexual activity with a vulnerable complainant.

R v R and ors – 2016 – Junior alone instructed to prosecute a multi-handed high value cigarette importation, involving complex areas of both UK and EU law.

R v P – 2016 – Junior alone, instructed to defend historic allegations of penetrative sexual activity with males.
