Alison Gurden joins Drystone Chambers

We are delighted to announce that Alison Gurden joined Chambers as an Associate Tenant recently. Alison, a respected and experienced practitioner, was called to the Bar in 2000 and has since forged a reputation for taking on cases that are high-profile, controversial and challenging. She has particular expertise in representing football fans in the criminal courts and has a through knowledge of football policing practice and procedure. Alison also has expertise and experience in defending in death penalty cases in the USA. She has an extensive practice of representing prisoners sentenced to Life Without Parole (USA) and Indefinite detention (England and Wales) at their sentencing hearings and parole hearings.
