Drystone Barristers act for both Prosecution and Defence in the Lee Pomeroy Murder Trial

The high profile murder trial relating to the murder of Lee Pomeroy on board the London bound train from Guildford to London Waterloo has ended with the jailing of both Defendants (Darren Pencille and Chelsea Mitchell). Whilst Robert Bryan was the Junior for the Crown (led by Jacob Hallam QC) Charles Falk represented Chelsea Mitchell who was prosecuted for assisting her boyfriend and driving him away from the murder scene.
