Drystone Chambers Andrew Price secures client acquittal in conspiracy to steal and rob trial

12 April 2022

Andrew Price’s client was acquitted unanimously by a jury following a trial at Snaresbrook Crown Court.

The Prosecution evidence of conspiracy against Andrew’s client was cell site evidence and, phone calls and messages, including a particularly incriminating video message received immediately after the final robbery. The video message was a contemporaneous commentary about the loot being found by the police in a bin store. Following the close analysis during the trial concerning the timing of cell site analysis, the police’s theory about it and the identification evidence at one of the 16 alleged offences, the Prosecution’s case concerning Andrew’s client was undermined, and his client was unanimously acquitted.

Andrew was instructed by Michael Range of ACA Law.
