Drystone Chambers Philip Farr secures the acquittal of an 87 year old defendant accused of the historical sexual abuse of his granddaughter.  After 7 days of trial at St Albans Crown Court, the case was stopped at the close of the prosecution case, following legal argument as to evidence that emerged following counselling and hypnosis.
