Drystone Chambers to speak at the CTSI annual conference in June

Drystone Chambers is delighted to be speaking at the Chartered Trading Standards Institute’s Annual Conference which commences on 20th June in Birmingham.  Andrew Price will deliver an informative talk on the opening day of the conference which will focus on ‘vulnerable witnesses’ and provide key practical information on changes to practice, procedure and legislation.  This will include: 

• Who is a vulnerable witness?
• What changes to gathering evidence from these witnesses must be made?
• How is their evidence presented differently at Court?
• What impact does the s.28 hearing procedure have on disclosure?
