Georgia Luscombe successful in prosecution of firearms with intent to endanger life case

Following a 6 week trial at Woolwich Crown Court, Drystone Chambers Georgia Luscombe, led by David Hughes, successfully prosecutes 5 individuals charged with the possession of firearms with intent to endanger life. Armed police stopped 2 of the individuals in a vehicle which was found to contain 4 handguns and 40 rounds of ammunition. A third individual was then arrested at a linked residence. A fourth was connected by a text message. The Police then charged the fifth individual after linking him via telephone records as being the organiser of the exchange whilst being a serving prisoner.
