Hannah Edwards secured her client’s acquittal following a two-day trial at Swansea Crown Court. The trial centred on the issues of mistaken belief and defence of another. The defendant was of previous good character.

The jury deliberated for a total of 14 minutes before returning a unanimous not guilty verdict.
