Following four days of trial at Snaresbrook Crown Court, Drystone Chambers' Jonathan Green has charges of arson with intent to danger life against his client dismissed at half time resulting in the prosecution offering no evidence against all charged counts.
The victim alleged that the defendant poured an accelerant under his barricaded door and after cross examination of the first Police responder and the London Fire Brigade expert investigator and Scenes of Crime Officer, the judge agreed with Counsel’s application to halt proceedings.
Counsel was instructed by Natalie Berman of Edward Fail, Bradshaw & Waterson.
