Zarif Khan is currently representing one of four men charged with conspiracy to smuggle 35 people into the UK in a shipping container at Basildon Crown Court. One of the Afghan immigrants Meet Singh Kapoor, 40, was found dead in the container at Tilbury Docks, Essex, on 14th August last year. The trial is in week 7.
