A man accused or repeatedly raping and sexually assaulting his niece and indecently exposing himself to her sister has been unanimously acquitted on all counts at the end of an 8-day trial at Portsmouth Crown Court. Despite family members giving evidence against the defendant, Robert Bryan of Drystone Chambers, instructed by Wessex Solicitors, Portsmouth, successfully represented him.
