The driver of a speedboat was found not guilty of manslaughter at Winchester Crown Court today, following the tragic death of a young woman in Southampton Water last year.  Karim Khalil KC represented the defendant,  instructed by Sarah Barnard at Leonard & Co, Solicitors, Southampton.
