Russell joined Chambers in October 2021 following a clerking career of more than 20 years before moving into an administrative and strategic role in 2017.
He brings significant experience and new perspectives to Chambers and is heavily involved in the ongoing development of Chambers and its people, regulatory and professional compliance, systems management and HR. He has a Level 2 Qualification in Lean Management Techniques.
