Equality & Diversity Monitoring

In accordance with the Bar Standards Board’s Equality and Diversity rules, Chambers invites its workforce (members, pupils and employees) to complete an anonymous diversity data questionnaire survey every three years.  Drystone Chambers last conducted the anonymous diversity data collection exercise in October 2023, relating to the following characteristics: age, gender, disability, ethnic group, religion or belief, sexual orientation, socio-economic background and caring responsibilities.

Participation in the diversity collection survey is voluntary.

The published anonymous data can be found here.

Drystone Chambers will next collect and publish anonymous workforce diversity data in October 2026.
