Andrew Price presented a webinar to local authority lawyers earlier today focusing on Vulnerable Witnesses and understanding the evidential steps that should be taken with vulnerable witnesses and the s.28 hearing procedure.

Attendees had the opportunity to learn about changes to law, practice and procedure concerning vulnerable witnesses, and how that impacts on gathering evidence, preparation for trial and the different timetable for when they give evidence. Andrew’s talk provided a practical understanding of how this is done, and the impact it has on disclosure.
