Head of Chambers, Allison Summers KC published as Bencher of Lincoln’s Inn

Chambers is delighted to announce that our Head, Allison Summers KC has been published as a Bencher of The Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn.

Congratulations to Allison Summers KC (pictured centre) on being published as a Bencher of the Inn. She was introduced to Hall on Thursday 20 February by Karim Khalil KC (pictured left) His Honour Crawford Lindsay KC (pictured right).

Allison studied History at St Andrews University and still retains a keen interest in English legal history and is a member of the Selden Society.

Having undertaken a common law pupillage, she went on to specialise in criminal law. She took silk in 2020 and has a national defence-based practice specialising in cases involving homicide, other serious violence and sexual offences. She has a particular interest in cases involving somnambulism.

Allison is Head of Drystone Chambers, a leading London-based criminal set of chambers. Having previously been Head of the Pupillage and Recruitment Committee she continues to have a particular interest in the education and training of those coming into the profession.
