Amie Harris

Amie joined the fees, billing and collection team in 2021 before moving to the clerking team in 2022, where she now plays an integral role in ensuring the smooth running of members’ practices.

Prior to joining Drystone Chambers, Amie worked in solicitors’ firms for 22 years. During this time, she qualified as an Accredited Police Station Representative and gained extensive experience preparing and managing cases within Crown Court departments. This breadth of practical legal experience provides her with a strong understanding of case progression, client care, and the operational demands of practice management.

Amie supports the Head of Operations and Pupillage Committee with the administration of pupillage and the coordination of Chambers’ events. She provides invaluable leadership and guidance to the junior clerks and plays a key role in the effective management of Chambers’ busy diary.
