Chris Feathers

As Practice Director, Chris oversees Chambers’ practice management and strategic business development, acting as a key link between the professional needs of clients and the continued development of members’ practices.

Known for building strong and trusted client relationships, Chris works closely with solicitors, professional clients and members to ensure that the most appropriate counsel is identified for every instruction. Combining commercial awareness with a pragmatic and strategic approach, he is committed to delivering clear, informed and solutions-focused practice management.

Having commenced his clerking career in 2005, Chris has worked at three leading ‘tier one’ sets specialising in criminal, financial investigatory and public law work. Working collaboratively with the Senior Practice Managers and the Head of Operations, he draws on his extensive experience to support the continued strategic growth of Chambers across the UK.

Chris is trained under the Bar Council’s Public Access Scheme and is able to assist clients seeking to instruct counsel directly.

Outside of Chambers, Chris enjoys family life with his wife and three children. When time allows, he can usually be found following Arsenal, listening to Oasis, or attempting to play golf.
