Richard Davies secured a not guilty verdict for his client who was charged with violent disorder where he and his brother were alleged to have arranged a ‘meet up’ with another group with both parties turning up armed with a variety of weapons.
The defendant put forward that his actions were in lawful self-defence. After an in-depth analysis of CCTV evidence, and the defendant giving evidence through a Romanian interpreter, a not guilty verdict was reached.
