Drystone Chambers takes pride in publishing its workforce diversity data in accordance with Bar Standards Board regulations, with 79% of its entire workforce participating in the anonymous diversity data collection survey.

The people who make up Drystone Chambers workforce (e.g. the members of Chambers, pupils and staff) are invited to provide diversity data every three years in accordance with Bar Standards Board Equality Rules.

Participation in the anonymous diversity data collection survey is voluntary. The results are based on the responses received and therefore might have been different if the entire workforce had participated.
