Georgia Luscombe wins important appeal for the care quality commission

Georgia Luscombe successfully acted for the Respondent, the Care Quality Commission, at the First-Tier Tribunal (Health, Education and Social Care Chamber). The appeal concerned their decision to cancel the Appellant’s registration in respect of the regulated activity ‘accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care’. The Appellant was represented by a silk and the final hearing took place over 4 days.

Georgia continues to expand her practice in Professional Discipline and is instructed in upcoming final hearings for the Health and Care Professions Council and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.”
