Chambers congratulates Unyime Davies and Kenniesha Stephens on their appointments to the List of Specialist Regulatory Advocates

We are delighted to announce that Unyime Davies and Kenniesha Stephens have been appointed to the Attorney General’s List of Specialist Regulatory Advocates. Unyime has been appointed to List B and Kenneisha has been appointed to List C.

The List of Specialist Advocates provide advice and representation to the Health and Safety Executive, the Environment Agency, the Office of Rail and Road, the Care Quality Commission, the Office of Natural Resources Wales, and the Office for Product Safety and Standards.

Unyime’s expertise includes criminal proceedings involving health and safety breaches as well as criminal allegations arising from conduct in the workplace. Unyime is known for her sound judgement, attention to detail and tactical awareness which she uses to good effect.

Having considerable experience in criminal proceedings in Crown and Appellate courts, Unyime accepts instructions for prosecuting entities, companies and individuals regarding allegations of failings in safe practices, serious injury in the workplace and criminal allegations of professional wrongdoing.

Kenneisha has experience across the full range of regulatory crime, including trading standards, food safety, environmental, fraud and restraint and confiscation proceedings.
