Earlier today, Kenniesha Stephens and Richard Davies provided 40 attending local authority lawyers with the benefit of their experience and expertise, with Kenniesha focusing on Community Protection Notices and Criminal Behaviour Orders and Richard dealing with Closure Notices and Closure Orders.

This training session aimed to provide guidance on different methods to deal with anti-social behaviour and was designed for those who wish to brush up on their knowledge and also to provide an overview for those who are new to the subject.

The presenters explore the range of legal mechanisms to deal with anti-social behaviour, the processes for such applications and common problems that can arise.

The talk covers the legislation framework and case law.
