Richard Davies secures not guilty verdicts for a defendant regarding serious firearms allegations following an eight-week trial at the Old Bailey.

Richard’s client was unanimously acquitted in a multi-handed trial involving four defendants. The defendant faced allegations of possession of a firearm and possession of ammunition with intent to endanger life.

The case involved the alleged sale of a loaded firearm and a subsequent alleged attempted murder which was said to be a revenge attack for serious violence which occurred during the first incident.

The trial involved careful examination of telephone evidence and the limitations of such materials. There was also firearms and handwriting evidence to be considered with the assistance of expert reports on these matters.
