Robert Bryan defends man charged with systematic repeated rape of two females

29 August 2024

Robert Bryan defended a man charged with the systematic repeated rape of two females. Although ultimately convicted by a jury at Salisbury Crown Court, the defendant received the fairest of trials lasting 4 weeks.  The evidence included videos taken by the defendant and voluminous messages between him and the women. Although in sentencing terms he conducted a campaign of rape, the Judge did not impose a Life sentence.

Robert was instructed by Ginny Howard-Harwood at Wessex Solicitors, Portsmouth.
