Read the inspiring stories from our junior tenants as they share their journeys to pupillage in celebration of today’s Pupillage Fair

18 October 2025

Today is The Bar Council’s Pupillage Fair which is being attended by hundreds of students and aspiring barristers who have the opportunity to speak to over 120 exhibitors, the vast majority being barristers Chambers, all ready to provide helpful advice, insights and inspiration!

Drystone Chambers is a specialist criminal set and we can be found at Stand 55 so come along and say hello.

To give aspiring criminal barristers a first-hand look at life during pupillage – both in general terms and specifically at Drystone Chambers – our junior tenants (who were our pupils themselves) have shared brief reflections on their personal journeys to securing pupillage. We hope you find their stories both insightful and encouraging.
